In my therapeutic practice, I employ a person-centered approach, drawing upon insights gained from over a decade of spiritual self-development, plant medicine, somatic sensing, voice-work, contemporary dance, authentic movement, and trauma healing. I integrate shamanic visualization techniques, Family Systemic Constellation Work, Somatic Experiencing®, Neuroaffective Touch®, Focusing, dialogue and movement. My creative approach elicits clients to hone an embodied awareness of their authentic and coherent self, to attune to their personal energetic signature.

I specialize in working with dissociative states, early relational and developmental ruptures, and pre+peri-natal trauma. Additionally, I facilitate group-processing sessions for artistic collectives, including dance and theatre companies, academic programs, start-ups, and businesses seeking to enhance team dynamics through collaboration, care and listening. My practice actively supports LGBTQIA+ and sex-positive communities.

In sessions, I use bespoke sculptures and objects—such as clay, mark-making, water, pillows, and found materials—to help articulate stories and guide clients toward new meanings and perspectives on life. While verbal communication is central, sessions may also incorporate the nonverbal, voice-work, touch, and movement as needed. When physical contact is involved, I adhere to clear protocols following Neuroaffective Touch® and Somatic Experiencing® guidelines for best practice. This approach is particularly beneficial for working with preverbal states, shame, pre- and peri- natal traumas, and early developmental ruptures.

Sessions often involve bodily releases of movement and deactivation, recharging energy within the nervous system that may have been frozen or stuck in the past. Each session unfolds uniquely, and I prioritize creating an open, welcoming, and safe environment for clients. As someone who identifies as neurodivergent, I maintain an autism-aware therapeutic environment.

I am a qualified Family Systemic Constellator and teacher (FSC), trained with the Centre for Systemic Constellations UK, and a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner (SEP) certified by Somatic Experiencing International (SEI) and the European Association of Somatic Experiencing (EASE). I am a certified SE® Personal Session Provider at all levels of the SE® Professional Training. I am also a NAT® Certified Practitioner and Certification Session Provider for students on the NAT® Foundating Training and Practitioner track.

I am a member of the Complementary Therapists Association (CThA) and the Somatic Experiencing Association UK (SEA). Between 2011-2015, I collaborated extensively with Basque shaman Manex Ibar, learning the ways of Human Design, the teachings of Ra Uru Hu, and John Milton’s Way of Nature. In 2019, I assisted Dr. Peter Levine and Betsy Polatin in their workshop "Trauma in the Public Eye," exploring how SE® can aid performing artists in delivering their artistic practice more authentically.

For several years, I have worked with performing artists and individuals involved in movement, performance, and vocal practices, integrating Somatic Experiencing® and Systemic Family Constellation methodologies into dynamic one-to-one and group sessions. I focus on tracking the story of the nervous system through movement and affective expression, working with individuals seeking to reconnect with their bodies and felt sense, as well as those experiencing anxiety, stress, physical and chronic symptoms, birth trauma, ancestral trauma, conflicts, and relationship issues.

If you are interested in working with me, please fill out the booking form so we can discuss the most appropriate route for you or your team.

--> 2025 Workshops will be announced soon.

Systemic Family Constellations represent a form of somatic and phenomenologically-oriented therapy, commonly practiced in groups or one-to-one sessions. Conceptually, a constellation is akin to a crossroads beteen a shamanic ritual and a psychotherapeutic intervention. Founded by Bert Hellinger in 1978, family-based constellation work revolves around the principles of relationship and the journey towards claiming one's rightful place in life, often referred to as the Orders of Love. When these orders are transgressed, imbalances, symptoms, diseases, and recurring fates persist across generations until the underlying issues are addressed. Early forms of family constellation work, developed in the 1970s and 1980s, also drew inspiration from rituals of ancestral healing practiced by the Zulu culture, alongside contributions from the Palo Alto Group, Virginia Satir, Hunter Beaumont, Jacob L. Moreno, and others. Bert Hellinger’s practice later became known as the Movements of the Soul.

Symptoms, illnesses, and disorders often arise when elements are ignored or excluded from a system. Every system is part of a larger system and may be influenced by neighboring systems. For instance, the convergence of family systems occurs with events like births, adoptions, or marriages, intertwining the lives of multiple families. Beyond familial dynamics, societal and planetary systems also intersect, affected by phenomena like colonialism, slavery, genocide, and war. Expanding beyond cultural boundaries, constellations may delve into archetypal or divine realms, addressing issues transcending ethnicity, race, sexuality, and time.

In a practical sense, a group workshop typically involves an issue-holder, approximately 20 representatives, and a facilitator or two. The issue-holder shares their story and heart's desire with the facilitator/s. Representatives then embody characters, themes, ancestors, or places from the issue-holder's narrative, creating a living map or moving family sculpture. The purpose is to witness what emerges without analysis, allowing for the re-establishment of orders, the embracing of new meanings, and the release of what doesn't or no longer belongs.

Entanglements within family systems often arise from unconscious contracts of the soul, where individuals share burdens to alleviate suffering collectively. Recognizing and addressing these entanglements is essential. In one-to-one settings, I utilize various tools such as heavy silver and bronze sculptures, felts, and play-mobiles to represent characters from the client's life story. Clients can interact with these representations through speaking, standing, or sensing, aided by systemic sentences designed to touch the essence of the soul.

When working with groups, I explore the integration of music, including song, drums, and other instruments, to energize the systemic field of the constellation. My collaborations with multi-instrumentalist composers aim to create soundscapes enhancing the constellation experience. This approach enriches movement, spoken language, and deeply embodied expression, facilitating profound exploration and healing.
I currently run family constellation workshops, both one-off workshop days and as a closed circle in collaboration with my colleague Mahab Kazmi under our partnership Held From Two Ends. This is a space, a collaboration and a joint facilitation that explores the potential and novelty of distributed forms of facilitation and therapeutic interventions within the realm of ancestral and trans-generational healing. These workshops take place in London, UK.

In conclusion, Systemic Family Constellations offer a transformative journey towards understanding and healing intergenerational patterns, inviting individuals to reclaim their place within the intricate tapestry of life. To end, in the words of Bert Hellinger, “Everything that we hate and we shun, we engage with
and become.”

Somatic Experiencing® is a body-oriented therapy focused on regulating the autonomic nervous system (ANS), the vagus nerve, and healing physical, emotional, and soul traumas. Developed by Dr. Peter A. Levine over the last 45 years, it is now taught worldwide. The premise of any SE® session is to create spaces of relative safety where the body can tell its story through sensations. This space, often referred to as dream-time, allows for therapeutic sessions operating beyond the usual constraints of time, whether revisiting past incidents in slow-motion or visualizing new endings to traumatic stories. In this way, the body finds new opportunities to renegotiate what may have been frozen.
The somatic approach often emphasizes movement within the body that may surface involuntarily. When this occurs, the key is to attend to what is, resource the client out of states of freeze, and pay attention to positive shifts. Often, in an SE® session, the therapist may act simply as a companion to the client's nervous system and its regulation. Seeking therapy and discussing life traumas requires immense courage. Bearing witness to these stories, in a titrated and gentle manner, often initiates the healing process.
Trauma often manifests with a variety of symptoms. Instead of seeking to rid ourselves of these symptoms, it can be beneficial to ask them what or who they are protecting. Underlying symptomatic states often reveal energy seeking movement or recharge within the body. Energy follows attention, and slowing down our attention illuminates new neuro-pathways.
When working with trauma, we confront physiological responses such as fighting, fleeing, appeasing, or freezing. Each state leaves a lasting impression on our nervous system, influencing our interactions, connections, empathy, and self-protection. Trauma can be seen as frozen balloons of vital life-force energy along the edges of a person's aura, waiting to be reconnected through careful pendulation.
Working slowly and safely is crucial in this work. Somatic Experiencing® has taught me that we are stronger than the trauma we have endured. Our survival is the ultimate proof. Acknowledging this truth can serve as a resource, reminding us of our strength and resilience in overcoming challenges to be present and alive.
I share with you some words from my Somatic Experiencing teacher and mentor Lael Keen, “Remember that the fear of falling, is one breath away from the joy of flying.”

NeuroAffective Touch® is an integrated and relational touch-based therapy that is neurologically-informed and facilitates a return to early developmental moments, whether within the womb or thereafter. These are often sites of early relational ruptures, which we aim to repair through nurturing physical and emotional contact, while encouraging the adult brain to remain present and cooperative. A typical session may involve reclining on a massage bed or sitting in a comfortable armchair and can last either 60 or 90 minutes. Many of us that have grappled with developmental trauma may encounter a standstill at some point in our lives, and despite diligent efforts to improve mental well-being through talking about it, we reach a point where progress halts. From a somatic lens, we now know that our trauma resides within the physical body, where we might hold onto unconscious bracing and tension that trap feelings of grief, fear, anger, and shame in a state of inertia. And although the body yearns to release these burdensome patterns, it remains unable to do so because the mind lacks the understanding of how to meet the body's profound needs. Even for those who acknowledge the interconnectedness of body and mind, prevailing cultural and scientific paradigms emphasizing their division have constrained our therapeutic approaches thus far.
NeuroAffective Touch uniquely bridges the gap between mind and body, speech and sensation, by integrating physical sensations with emotions and imbuing meaning with the felt sense. This approach draws upon established histories of healing through touch and movement, including Body-Mind Centering (BMC®) by Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen, Continuum Movement by Emilie Conrad, Focusing Oriented Therapy by Eugene Gendlin, and the principles of Emotional Anatomy.
In my practice I use various warm and weighted props, including Nurture to Heal™ pillows, developed by Dr. Aline LaPierre alongside warm blankets to create nurture nests in which your body can start to develop more resilient post-trauma growth by receiving psycho-biological interventions, repairative language and therapeutic care.
